Dresden Parks and Recreation maintains 12 acres of open park land, four athletic fields, as well as the McWherter Civic Center.
Athletic Fields:The athletic fields have first preference for High School, Middle School, and League games and practices, but may be reserved through the Office of Parks and Recreation.
Pavilions:Pavilions may be reserved by calling the Office of Parks and Recreation. This assures that the restrooms will be open, and the facility will be in proper working order.
Dresden Greenrail Trail – A one mile walking trail that will extend from Sunset Cemetery, go along the new Terry Oliver Plaza (Dresden Farmers Market), and connects to Wilson Park on Evergreen Street.
